Believable or not?

I had a question from a gentleman in Pakistan about Chi "telekinesis.

He asked: can i move objects by chi power and does my e-book tell you how?

I answered as follows:

Chi Power at the level you have stated to move objects is very advanced and requires constant practice for a long period of time.

I have caused objects to move, with witnesses, however I had been practising for at least 6 years before I achieved that.

My book is not for that level and will suit people learning about chi, beginners, and people wanting to learn more about chi.

My mentoring system would support through more advanced levels.

A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step!

He also is interested in Reiki

The same applies to distance healing with Reiki, it is possible but again, not at a beginners level.

You should be able to perform Distance healing at level III, that is practioner level.

Hi again everybody.

Today I have officially launched the IncreaseChiPower website and I hope it goes well because we should get loads of Chi related feedback and discussions going for our mutual benefit. On this blog I will try to publish most of the the best and most interesting questions we get and, of course, will try to give sensible answers!

Remember: Breathing practise is essential to the continual improvement of your Chi flow and control. Chi Kung is often translated as breath work or breath control.

Control your breath in different ways: 1) Relaxed, quiescent calm method. 2) Deep abdominal continuous and pausing at extremity method. 3) Direct and reversal methods "seeing" the breath flow in through the mouth and around the circular body system via deep in the abdomen. 4) Using sound mantras to breathe out and dispel any negative chargers or energy and replace with clean positive thought energy.

Grandad!

Sorry this is not totally Chi related, well not so much anyway, but I have not posted for a few days because I have just become a Grandad! My daughter's baby was born with , hopefully, a full store of pre-natal chi, inherited from his parents and grandparents. This is his core vital energy and should not be depleted as it obviously cannot be replaced. Only the post natal chi can be captured , stored and developed; Used for maintaining a great quality of life and constantly replenished as it is used for daily living.

Chi Power - Internal Intrinsic Energy

A Great many people do not believe in the concept of Chi or Internal Intrinsic Energy.

As a beginner, a simple way to feel your own Chi Energy is to place your hands palm to palm, then in a fairly vigorous way rub them together in a sort of scissor action backwards and forwards.

When you feel the friction created heat, very slowly move your hands apart and hold them a short way apart and very slowly move the palms towards and away from each other.

You should feel a "pull" between the palms. You must not be too tense, the more relaxed you are the better!

And now you know it really exists then Enjoy the feeling and then come to my Chi Class!
