Hi again everybody.
Today I have officially launched the IncreaseChiPower website and I hope it goes well because we should get loads of Chi related feedback and discussions going for our mutual benefit. On this blog I will try to publish most of the the best and most interesting questions we get and, of course, will try to give sensible answers!
Remember: Breathing practise is essential to the continual improvement of your Chi flow and control. Chi Kung is often translated as breath work or breath control.
Control your breath in different ways: 1) Relaxed, quiescent calm method. 2) Deep abdominal continuous and pausing at extremity method. 3) Direct and reversal methods "seeing" the breath flow in through the mouth and around the circular body system via deep in the abdomen. 4) Using sound mantras to breathe out and dispel any negative chargers or energy and replace with clean positive thought energy.
